You can withdraw the entire amount from the ‘Withdrawal Balance’ section in the Rummyprimes wallet. Please note that the ‘Deposit’ balance cannot be withdrawn from the app.
All withdrawal requests placed on the Rummyprimes app are subject to TDS deductions under government rules.
Once your withdrawal request has been processed, check your bank statement for ‘CASHFREE’ or ‘RAZORPAY’, they are our payment partners.
All IMPS requests are processed immediately after a withdrawal request is raised. In some cases, a delay might occur on the end of your bank, and their processing might take some time. In such a situation, the withdrawal might go through later or get reversed. The final status of the transaction takes 3 days to show. If it is reversed, then the amount will be credited back to your Rummyprimes wallet.
Any kind of fraudulent or suspicious activity is monitored on Rummyprimes. If a player is having multiple accounts, then the withdrawal requests are subject to clearance.
